暑い日々が続きますが，会員の皆様におかれましては，ご健勝のこととお喜び申し上げます。大会および懇親会への参加登録のお願いについてお知らせいたします。

大会及び懇親会の参加登録は，8月13日(水)が締め切りとなっております。まだご登録がお済みでない方は，ぜひご参加をご検討いただき，期日までにお手続きくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Reminder of Registration for The 64th JACET International Convention (Tokyo, 2025)

We hope this email finds you in good health amidst the hot summer days.

We would like to remind you that the registration deadline for the 64th JACET International Convention and the Convention Party is Wednesday, August 13th, 2025.

If you have not yet registered for the convention and convention party, please consider attending them and complete your registration procedure by the deadline.

Convention information:
Dates: August 27th (Wed.), 28th (Thurs), 29th (Fri.), 2025
Venue: Waseda University, Waseda Campus, Building 11
1-6-1 Nishi-Waseda, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 169-8050, Japan
Registration fee:
Member: 10,000 JPY、Student-member: 5,000 JPY
Non-member: 15,000 JPY、Student non-member: 5,000 JPY

Convention Party Information:
Date and Time: Thursday, August 28th, 2025 18:00–20:00
Location: Okuma Garden House (@ Waseda University)

* Depending on the situation on the day, a small number of additional participants may be able to attend the reception. However, due to catering arrangements, we kindly ask those who wish to attend to register in advance by Wednesday, August 13th, 2025. (You can sign up for the reception when registering for the convention.)
