The conference registration is extended (until August 18th).

You can still sign up for the convention on-site and immediately join the event. We look forward to seeing you on 8/28th-8/30th.

  • Is a laser pointer available for presenters?
    • Unfortunately, a laser pointer is not provided in the presentation rooms.  Presenters who wish to use a laser pointer are advised to bring their own.

  • What size should my poster be?
    • Your poster can be up to A0 size (841 x 1189mm).
  • When should I set up my poster?
    • We recommend you arrive early and set up your poster. Day 1 would be ideal.
  • When should I remove my poster?
    • You can remove your poster after the Poster Session Core Time. Core Time for the individual research poster session is scheduled for 15:15-16:15 of Day 2 (August 29th). Core Time for the SIG poster session is scheduled for 13:30-14:30 of Day 3.

Several coffee break areas are available on both conference floors (4th and 5th floors).

A larger lounge is available on the 11th floor.

Outisde the conference building, a pilotis is available too.

  • If you wish to attend the party, please ensure to sign up through the convention registration website in advance.  On-site registration will be limited in number.

3. Program and convention book

  • The convention program will be made available on the JACET 2024 website around May, 2024.  The convention book will be published online and will be accessible exclusively to those who have registered for the convention through the JACET 2024 website.  Please note that printed copies will NOT be available.
