Please note registrations made after August 25 will not be listed at the reception desk. Also note that payment through bank transfer cannot be confirmed during the convention period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

General information for convention
- All participants must register at the reception desk upon arrival to receive your name tag and conference bag and wear their name tag throughout the convention.
- Wireless LAN (eduroam) is available at the conference venue.
- Any updates or changes to the program will be announced through the Convention Hub and on the Information Board in the registration area.
- There are no baggage storage rooms. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
- Please refer to the link below for the designated smoking areas on the Waseda Campus. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas. https://www.waseda.jp/top/about/work/organizations/general-affairs/environment/smoking-area
- University car parks are NOT available.
- The convention party will be held as follows:
- DATE and TIME: 18:00-20:00, Aug. 28 (Thurs.) (Day 2)
- VENUE: Okuma Garden House (@Waseda University)
Presenters and Panelists:
- Please check the program in advance and arrive at your presentation room at least 10 minutes before your scheduled presentation time begins.
- There will be no chairperson in the presentation rooms. Please start your presentation at the scheduled time, and finish all parts of it, including Q&A, within the allocated time.
- For Research Presentations and Practical Reports, the total time is 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A).
- For Supporting Members’ Presentations, the total time is also 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A).
- For Symposia and Workshops, the total time is 90 minutes.
- Please bring your own computer for your presentation. No computers will be provided. You are also responsible for operating your own equipment during your presentation.
- Please connect your computer to the projector by yourself. If you would like to test the connection, you may do so during times when there is no ongoing presentation.
- Projectors use an HDMI (Type A) cable, which will be provided in the presentation room.
- If you are using a Mac or a computer without an HDMI port, please bring your own adapter (e.g., USB Type-C to HDMI).For the General Poster Session, the maximum poster size is A0 portrait (1189 mm × 841 mm).
- Posters for the General Poster Session should be displayed on Day 1 (August 27) between 9:00 and 10:30. The core time for poster presentations is on Day 3 (August 29), 13:30–14:30. After the core time, posters may be removed at any time, but please take them down by 16:00 at the latest.

- 大会に参加される方は、受付で登録をして名札と大会バックをお受け取りください。大会会場へ出入りの際は、名札を胸につけてください。

発表者・提案者の方へ
- 事前にプログラムを確認の上、ご自身の発表の10分前には発表教室にお越しください。
- 発表会場に司会者はおりません。発表開始時間になりましたら、発表を始めてください。また、発表終了時間までに、質疑を含めて発表のすべてを終了してください。
- 「研究発表」「実践報告」の発表時間は、30分（発表20分＋質疑応答10分）です。「賛助会員発表」の発表時間も、30 分（発表 20 分＋質疑応答 10 分）です。
- 「シンポジウム」「ワークショップ」の発表時間は、90分です。
- 発表用のパソコンは必ずご持参ください。貸し出し用のパソコンはございません。発表時の機器の操作は発表者ご自身でお願いします。
- プロジェクターへの接続作業は発表者ご自身でお願いします。プロジェクターへの接続を事前に確認したい場合は、発表がない時間に行ってください。
- プロジェクターへの接続は、HDMI（Aタイプ）ケーブルをお使いください。接続用のHDMIケーブルは発表教室にご用意しています。Macをご使用の場合や、お使いのPCにHDMI端子がない場合は、変換アダプタ等をご持参ください。
- 「一般発表ポスターセッション」のポスターの最大サイズは、縦長A0サイズ1枚分（縦1,189mm×横841mm）です。
- 「一般発表ポスターセッション」のポスターは、大会1日目（8月27日）の9:00〜10:30に掲示してください。ポスター前での発表時間（コアタイム）は、大会3日目（8月29日）の13:30～14:30です。コアタイムが終了しましたら、ポスターは撤去いただいて構いません。16:00までには撤去ください。
