Eligibility for Presentation
To be eligible to present, the presenter (or in a group presentation, the first presenter) must be either a. or b. below:
a. A JACET member who has paid the fiscal year 2022 (April 1st, 2022 – March 31st, 2023) membership fee. If the JACET office has not received the membership payment, the presentation will be canceled. If the first author is not a JACET member, he or she must become a member prior to the presentation. To apply for membership, go to https://www.jacet.org/about_jacet/how_to_join_jacet/.
Note: For group presentations, other presenters do not need to be JACET members.
b. A member of an overseas JACET affiliate (AILA Affiliate, ALAK, CELEA, ETA-ROC, KATE, MELTA, PKETA, SEAMEO RELC, Thai TESOL). Colleagues overseas who are not members of the affiliated organizations need to become JACET members in order to be eligible for the presentation.

個人発表、共同発表ともに、第一発表者が条件の１、または２に該当することが必要です。
条件１：JACET会員であり、2022年度の会費を支払っていること。非会員の方は採択後に入会手続きを行ってください（2022年度の会費納入が確認できない場合、発表できませんのでご注意ください）。

※共同発表の場合は、第一発表者がJACET会員である場合、他の発表者はJACET会員である必要はありません。
条件２：海外提携学会員であること（JACETの海外提携学会は、ALAK、CELEA、ETA-ROC、KATE、MELTA、PKETA、SEAMEO RELC、Thai TESOLです）。または、AILA affiliatesのいずれか（AILA affiliates：https://aila.info/about/organization/aila_affiliates/）の会員（海外在住者に限る）であること。
※共同発表の場合は、第一発表者が海外提携学会員またはAILA affiliatesの会員である場合、すべての発表者が海外提携学会、AILA affiliates、JACET、いずれかの会費を納入済みの会員である必要があります。
