暑い日々が続きますが，会員の皆様におかれましては，ご健勝のこととお喜び申し上げます。
2023年8月29日(火)～31日(木)にかけて，JACET第62回国際大会（東京、2023）が明治大学（駿河台キャンパス・アカデミーコモン）にて開催されます。
2019年の名古屋工業大学での大会以来，4年ぶりとなる対面での国際大会でございます。多くの会員の皆様と会場にてお目にかかれますことを楽しみにしております。
会場準備のため，できるだけ参加者数を事前に確定させたいと存じます。大会への参加をお考えの先生方におかれましては，2023年8月4日(金)までにご登録をお済ませくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
また，大会の円滑な運営のため，参加費につきましては，登録後できるだけ速やかにお支払いいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Notification of Registration for the 62nd JACET International Convention (Tokyo, 2023)
Dear Members,
We hope this email finds you in good health amidst the hot summer days.
We would like to inform you that the 62nd JACET International Convention (Tokyo, 2023) will be held at Meiji University (Surugadai Campus, Academy Common) from Tuesday, August 29 to Thursday, August 31, 2023.
This will be the first in-person international convention in four years since the 2019 convention was held at Nagoya Institute of Technology. We look forward to seeing many of our members at the site.
In order to prepare for the convention, we would like to confirm the number of attendees in advance. For those of you who are considering attending the convention, please complete your registration by Friday, August 4, 2023.
In addition, for the smooth running of the event, we would greatly appreciate your prompt payment of the registration fee upon completion of the registration process.
