- Presenters and chairpersons must also pay the registration fee.
- Supporting members who do not sponsor a display or institutional members may send two delegates.

- Please pay with the postal transfer form along with the conference registration.
- Only a limited number of on-site tickets will be available.
3. Program and convention book
The convention program will not be sent by postal mail. It will be posted on the JACET website in May, 2019.
The convention book will be distributed at the conference venue (One book per member). Those who do not register but would like a copy should order by e-mail to the JACET office. One copy is 2,000 JPY plus 150 JPY postage per copy; directions for payment will be given after the order is received.
4. Transportation and accommodations
Travel to the venue is convenient by JR Tokai Chuo Main Line. About 10 minutes’ walk from Tsurumai Station. JACET and Convention Organizing Committee do not arrange hotel accommodation. We strongly recommend that you book your accommodation early.

3. プログラムと大会要綱
大会プログラムの郵送はいたしません。5月にJACETウェブサイトに掲載する予定です。
大会要綱は大会受付にてお渡しいたします（1会員資格につき1冊）。大会に参加されない方でご希望の方は、JACET事務局までメールにてお申し込みください。代金は1冊2,000円（発送手数料として別途1冊150円）です。お支払方法は申込時に折り返しご連絡いたします。
4. 交通機関と宿泊
JR東海中央本線の鶴舞駅より徒歩約10分です。
JACET事務局ならびに国際大会組織委員会では宿泊の手配は行いません。早めの予約をお勧めいたします。
