このたび、当学会のメーリングリストを通じて、同一のメールが複数回配信されるという不具合が再度発生いたしました。登録者の皆さまには多大なるご迷惑とご不便をおかけしましたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
現在、原因を調査中であり、再発防止に全力を尽くしております。また、不具合の拡大を防ぐため、該当のメーリングリストを一時的に削除し、配信を停止しております。
本件に関する進捗や詳細が判明次第、速やかにお知らせいたします。何卒ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for your continued support and interest in our association’s activities.
We regret to inform you that a technical issue caused the same email to be sent multiple times through our mailing list. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue and are making every effort to prevent its recurrence. To mitigate further impact, we have temporarily deleted the affected mailing list and suspended all email distributions.
We will promptly update you with further details or progress as soon as they become available. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
