Considering the scorching weather, we decided to make room AC330 available to everyone. Feel free to visit and take a break.
We plan to share information and announcements through Convention Hub during the convention.
《大会参加者へのご案内》
- 大会に参加される方は、受付で登録を済ませ、名札と大会バッグをお受け取りください。大会会場へ出入りの際は、名札を胸につけてください。
- 大会中のプログラム変更等に関しては、受付に掲示している案内をご覧ください。
- 大会会場には、手荷物預かり所はございません。各自でご携帯ください。
- 立命館大学 大阪いばらきキャンパスは、全面禁煙です。
- 駐車場はございません。お車でのご来場はご遠慮ください。
- 懇親会の日時と会場は、以下のとおりです。
大会2日目：8月27日（木）18:15-20:15
於： 立命館いばらきフューチャープラザ 1F イベントホール
（立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパス） - 懇親会は事前申込制です。当日受付（若干名）については、大会期間中にご案内いたします。
《発表者・提案者の方へ》
- 事前にプログラムを確認の上、ご自身の発表開始時刻の10分前までには発表教室にお越しください。
- 発表会場に司会者はおりません。発表開始時間になりましたら、発表を始めてください。また、発表終了時間までに、質疑を含めて発表のすべてを終了してください。
・ 「研究発表」「実践報告」の発表時間は、30分（発表20分＋質疑応答10分）です。「賛助会員発表」の発表時間も、30 分（発表 20 分＋質疑応答 10 分）です。
・ 「シンポジウム」「ワークショップ」の発表時間は、90分です。 - 発表用のパソコンは必ずご持参ください。貸し出し用のパソコンはございません。発表時の機器の操作は発表者ご自身でお願いします。
- プロジェクターへの接続作業は、発表者ご自身でお願いします。また、事前に接続を確認されたい場合は、発表が行われていない時間帯にお願いします。プロジェクターへの接続は、HDMI（Aタイプ）ケーブルをお使いください。接続用のHDMIケーブルは発表教室にご用意しています。Macをご使用の場合や、お使いのPCにHDMI端子がない場合は、変換アダプタ等をご持参ください。
- 「一般発表ポスターセッション」及び「SIG発表ポスターセッション」のポスターの最大サイズは、縦置きA0サイズ1枚（縦1,189mm×横841mm）です。
- 「一般発表ポスターセッション」及び「SIG発表ポスターセッション」のポスターは、大会1日目（8月26日[水]）の9:00〜10:30に掲示してください。ポスター前での発表時間（コアタイム）は、大会2日目（8月27日[木]）の12:15～13:15です。コアタイムが終了しましたら、ポスターは撤去いただいて構いません。大会最終日（8月28日［金］）15:00までに、ポスターは必ずご自身で撤去してください。
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CONVENTION PARTICIPANTS
- All participants are requested to register at the reception desk upon arrival, receive their name tag and conference bag, and wear the name tag while in the convention venue.
- Any updates or changes to the program will be announced on the Information Board in the registration area.
- There are no baggage storage rooms. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
- Smoking is prohibited on the Osaka Ibaraki Campus, Ritsumeikan University.
- Parking is not available on campus. Please refrain from coming by car.
- The convention party will be held as follows:
DATE and TIME: 18:15-20:15, Aug. 27 (Thurs.) (Day 2)
VENUE: Event Hall, 1F, Ritsumeikan Future Plaza
(Ritsumeikan University Osaka Ibaraki Campus)
＊ Advance registration is required. A limited number of same-day registrations may be accepted, and details will be announced during the convention.
To Presenters and Panelists:
- Please check the program in advance and arrive at your presentation room at least 10 minutes before your scheduled presentation time begins.
- There will be no chairperson in the presentation rooms. Please start your presentation at the scheduled time, and finish all parts of it, including Q&A, within the allocated time.
For Research Presentations and Practical Reports, the total time is 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A).
For Supporting Members’ Presentations, the total time is also 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A).
For Symposia and Workshops, the total time is 90 minutes. - Please bring your own computer for your presentation. No computers will be provided. You are also responsible for operating your own equipment during your presentation.
- Please connect your computer to the projector yourself. If you would like to test the connection in advance, please do so during a time when no presentation is in progress.
- Projectors use an HDMI (Type A) cable, which will be provided in the presentation room.
If you are using a Mac or a computer without an HDMI port, please bring your own adapter (e.g., USB Type-C to HDMI). - For the Regular Poster Session and the SIG Poster Session, the maximum poster size is A0 portrait (1189 mm × 841 mm).
- Posters for the Regular Poster Session and the SIG Poster Session should be displayed on Day 1 (Wednesday, August 26) between 9:00 and 10:30. The core time for poster presentations is on Day 2 (Thursday, August 27), 12:15–13:15. After the core time, posters may be removed at any time, but please take them down by 15:00 at the latest on Day 3 (Friday, August 28).
