Cancellation Policy for JACET International Convention
適用範囲
本ポリシーは、JACET国際大会（開催日：2026年8月26日から8月28日）、会場：立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパス）への参加申し込み及び懇親会への参加申し込みのキャンセルに適用されます。
Scope of Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the cancellation of registrations for the JACET International Convention (to be held from August 26th to 28th, 2026, at Ritsumeikan University Osaka Ibaraki Campus) and the social gathering accompanying the Convention.
キャンセル期限と返金
事前キャンセル（8月19日（水）届けまで）
返金：申し込み時のPayPal送金手数料が差し引かれて返金されます。PayPal以外の返金方法は銀行振込のみです。銀行振込での返金については、PayPal送金手数料に加えて、返金先への振込手数料も差し引かれて返金されます。
当日・直前キャンセル（大会開催日の6日前以降）
返金：いかなる理由でも返金は行いません。
Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds
Early Cancellation (until August 19th (Wed))
Refund: The PayPal transfer fee incurred at the time of application will be deducted from the refund. Refunds other than via PayPal are only available via bank transfer. For bank transfers, in addition to the PayPal transfer fee, the bank transfer fee to the recipient will also be deducted.
Same-Day/Last-Minute Cancellation (6 days or less before the Convention starts)
Refund: No refunds will be given for any reason.

Application Method
Email: Please send the following information to the JACET Main Office Secretariat (jacet@zb3.so-net.ne.jp):
不可抗力による大会中止
自然災害、感染症拡大、その他不可抗力により大会が中止となった場合：
– 参加のみ：全額返金*
– 発表者：JAAL in JACETへの振替発表（返金なし）、発表キャンセル（全額返金*）
* ただし、事前キャンセルと同様の手数料の減額あり
Cancellation of the Convention due to force majeure
In the event that the Convention is cancelled due to natural disaster, infectious disease outbreak, or other force majeure:
– Participation only: Full refund*
– Presenters: Transfer of presentation to JAAL in JACET (no refund), cancellation of presentation (full refund*)
* With a reduction in the same fees as for Early Cancellation
発表の扱い
発表キャンセルを選択した場合、発表取り下げ扱い（未発表）となります。
Treatment of presentations
If you choose to cancel your presentation, your presentation will be considered as withdrawn (unpublished).
